This Empowerment evening will be filled with inspiring speakers, discussing topics including women’s empowerment, loving and embracing all of who you are, women in activism and more. The event will be held in the Lory Student Center Theater at Colorado State University, located at 1101 Center Ave Mall, Fort Collins, CO 80521. The Event will include dinner, activities, raffles and some amazing guest speakers. It is going to be an inspiring night that you won’t want to miss! Saturday, September 22nd –
Join us at Pursuit Gym in Windsor, CO for a full powerlifting meet, as well as a whole host of activities led by our Smart Fit Girls, including workouts as well as body image and self-esteem building activities! Multiple vendors will be on site as well! Anyone who identifies as a woman, girl, or gender non-binary, as well as all ages and ability levels are welcomed to compete in the powerlifting meet. You can find the registration link below. ALL are welcome to come participate in the Smart Fit Girls events, as well as spectate. There is no cost to attend, though there will be a suggested donation of $10. We look forward to seeing you there!
